As family members of healthcare clinicians and patients, we take our clients supply chain transparency personally. Founded in 2013 in Chicago, IL with clients across the US, Ten Count Consulting is a supply chain management consulting firm that specializes in leading pharmaceutical and healthcare clients through global traceability law compliance and into digital transformation.

Mark Karhoff

Principle / Founder

Mark founded Ten Count Consulting in 2013. Mark has 25 years of experience in program management, process improvement, supply chain solutions, as well as DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) compliance. Mark has served as a contracted pharmaceutical client representative with industry groups to establish standards and build alignment on solutions to meet the unfolding US Law. Mark holds a B.S. in Business Administration: Transportation & Logistics from The Ohio State University.

Mike Karhoff

Director of Operations

Mike joined Ten Count Consulting in May of 2019. Mike has more than 28 years of experience in project management, process improvement, manufacturing quality, and engineering. Mike leads our pharma serialization projects, DSCSA assessments and the Ten Count: Manufacture’s monthly forum. Mike has a very diverse background having worked in pharma, automotive, foundry, and teaching. Mike holds a B.S in Manufacturing Technology from Bowling Green State University.
